Answers to FAQ's |
| THE
BEST SERVICE PLAN GIVES YOU PEACE OF MIND |
| |

Our service plan provides parts and labor coverage for
just about everything that typically goes wrong with your
heating system. In addition, you receive an annual system
tune-up.
A Manor Fuel tune-up is a cut above the regular tune-up.
We adjust your oil burner to maximum efficiency using
calibrated electronic instruments, not guesswork. We safety
check all operating controls, and even clean the chimney
base if necessary. The fuel savings that result from higher
efficiency can amount to 10% a year (for most customers,
thats $100 or more).

| What are loyality credits? |
| Each year you buy a Silver or

etc. You can accumulate up to $500 in credits. It is our
way of rewarding you for your loyalty to Manor Fuel.

| Why should you have a service
contract at all? |
| When you pay for service as you
go, you never know when to expect a big bill. Including
labor, a typical burner motor costs over $125. A new circulator
or an installed clock thermostat will set you back about
$150. Certain valves and aquastats run as high as $175.
And if any repairs are done after normal business hours,
you need to pay time and a half. Our service
plan covers all this and more. They include your annual
tune-up and cover literally thousands of dollars worth
of repairs.

| Are all contracts the same? |
| NO. Many companies do not cover the more expensive
items. Others don't provide a thorough tune-up or give you
a choice in your level of protection. And of course, a contract
is only as good as the company that performs the service
and stands behind the work.
| Will I be charged for emergency
services after normal hours? |
| No. There are no
overtime charges for emergency service for contract customers
no matter when the call is made. Regular service preformed
after hours is billable. |
